The Center for Managing Chronic Disease is administratively located at the University of Michigan. The Center faculty and staff comprise a multidisciplinary group of individuals from the School of Public Health, School of Medicine (primarily Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, and Obstetrics and Gynecology), the School of Nursing, and other prominent University research centers and institutes.
Associates of the Center comprise a virtual network of collaborators from across the United States and around the world whose work focuses on the integration of social, behavioral, environmental, and clinical factors in disease control.
