The University of Chicago Center for Translational and Policy Research invites to attend the first annual Multiple Chronic Conditions Summer Symposium
The keynote address will be given by Dr. Anand Parekh, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Health(Science and Medicine) for the Department of Health and Human Services, followed by presentations from experts in research, policy and healthcare, and an interactive exchange on the potential solutions for preventing and treating chronic conditions.
